RGM works very hard and takes great pride in our top notch-breeding program. Dames and Sires are chosen for health, conformation, appearance and Champion titles. Their loving and adoring personalities develop here at the Heart and Soul Homestead. Our goal is to find forever homes that feel like an extension of how we care for our puppies. Puppies are ready to go to their forever homes when they are approximately 11-12 weeks old.
From a few weeks old our puppies begin training to use wee-wee pads, anti-microbial fake grass.
We introduce our puppies to our methods at birth having them go home with a solid foundation making it a seamless transition for their continued training.
Rare Gem Mi-Kis does not advocate crating or crate training for means of long term confinement. We advocate a pen as a long term confinement area with a bed, fresh water, food, pee pad, and toys. Crates and carriers are appropriate for short term confinement purposes such as for trips in the car.
RGM assesses whether puppies are sold as pets or if they are breeding worthy. Prices of puppies are set but vary according to gender, age and pet/breeding quality.
To reserve a puppy RGM requires a $500.00 non-refundable deposit. Your deposit puts you in line for pick of the litter puppy in the order your deposit was received. Accepting your deposit creates a situation where we turn down other interested families.
The deposit will be applied to the purchase price of a chosen puppy. 50% payment is due at 6 weeks old, 25% of balance due at 8 weeks old , remainder required before/upon delivery.
